It has also been assimilated to prosthetics integrating orthognathic and staged implant surgery (Benoit Philippe). Paulo Malo introduced immediate full oral rehabilitation 'All-on-4' concept which has proved to be successful for the last 25 years. Combining the two above we can restore natural face look and occlusion in one surgery and deliver the teeth within 24 hrs in most patients. Occlusion guided planning software to produce surgical guides for both LeFort 1 and Zygomatic Implants will be presented.
