The biological and aesthetic advantages of metal-free works resulted in the development of new, more durable ceramic solutions, in a form of pressed or milled ceramics, and the introduction of technical composite materials with comparable properties. Dentists also began to plan using them to perform various prosthetic reconstructions, not only veneers, but also crowns, bridges, inlays and onlays. However, such treatment requires obtaining strong adhesion to the dentin and enamel tissues, also in a situation of almost complete lack of contact with the enamel, e.g. in case of crowns and bridges. Every clinical situation is different, based on the type of contact tissue present for cementation. In each case different adhesive protocols and different composite cements need to be used to achieve maximum adhesion. All of those differences for every possible clinical situation with crowns, veneers, inlays and post cementation will be explained and trained on applicable models and dental materials during workshop.
Each participant will receive a package of Kerr material samples worth PLN 1.000. The condition for receiving the kit is attendance at the entire training.
